  125. software  before  you pay for it.  However,  you  must  stop

  127. you decide not to pay the license fee.

  155. researched   Redhook,  developed  the  concept,  wrote   the

  165. to  program Redhook; it is his remarkable talent that  makes

  167. computer.  Russ Chancellor's extraordinary artwork was drawn
  168. by  hand on the screen, not scanned, using Deluxe  Paint II.
  169. Robert  Allen composed the music which adds so much  to  the
  170. atmosphere  of Redhook.  Lastly, our quality  control  staff
  171. gave Redhook a thorough work out before it was released.

  226.                DISTRIBUTING REDHOOK'S REVENGE

  228. Anyone  distributing  Redhook's  Revenge  for  any  kind  of
  229. remuneration  MUST  agree  with  the  following  terms   and
  230. conditions prior to distributing it:

  232.     1. The distributor recognizes that ImagiSOFT, Inc.  owns
  233.        all   rights   for   Redhook's   Revenge,   including
  234.        distribution rights.
  235.  
  236.     2. The  distributor  agrees  that  ImagiSOFT,  Inc.  can
  237.        withdraw  its  permission  to  distribute   Redhook's
  238.        Revenge at any time.
  239.  
  240.     3. When requested to do so in writing by ImagiSOFT,  and
  241.        after  receiving a new version of  Redhook's  Revenge
  242.        from  ImagiSOFT,  the  distributor  agrees  to  begin
  243.        distributing this new version within sixty days.

  245.     4. The  distributor agrees to use the names  "ImagiSOFT"
  246.        and  "Redhook's  Revenge"  in  all  printed   product
  247.        descriptions.

  249.     5. The   distributor   will  attempt  to   educate   the
  250.        prospective buyer about the shareware concept in  its
  251.        printed  literature  or packaging.   These  materials
  252.        must  inform  the user that if  they  find  shareware
  253.        programs  useful,  they should pay  the  registration
  254.        fee.   In no event will a distributor be  allowed  to
  255.        state  or  imply  that  the  user  is  "buying"   the
  256.        Redhook's Revenge program.

  258.     6. The   distributor  recognizes  that  its   right   to
  259.        distribute Redhook's Revenge is nonexclusive.
  260.  
  261.     7. Distributors who wish to manufacture, package,  vend,
  262.        or distribute Redhook's Revenge on diskette or CD-ROM
  263.        with the intent of selling it to end users, MUST sign
  264.        a  written agreement with ImagiSOFT to pay a  royalty
  265.        equal to the greater of .10 per copy or 2.50% of  the
  266.        suggested  retail  price.  This  provision  does  NOT
  267.        apply to a free or pay BBS or an online service  such
  268.        as CompuServe, Prodigy, Ziffnet, GEnie, etc.

  270. Authorization    to   distribute   Redhook's   Revenge    is
  271. automatically  granted to any online service, free  BBS,  or
  272. pay   BBS,   who  agrees  with   the   above   requirements.
  273. Distributors  who  intend to sell Redhook's  revenge  should
  274. send a letter of intent and a copy of their current  catalog
  275. to us at the address above.
